"The Prowler"

The successful leader is:

• a compulsive learner,

• a student of people, knowing what will inspire them and what will tick them off (but often doing both),

• a “prowler” who gets about the organization, sees all, and

  • Fixes things that are broken,

  • Changes things that are bad, and

  • Corrects things that are wrong, always!
