"Sing the Solo"

Sometimes after I “put myself out there” with a blog or Facebook post, by the next day I have to laugh at myself. Thus, I am aware that others may be laughing too, but I prefer that they do it “behind my back”, which most do I think.

I guess the moral of the post and the teaching point if there is one, is don’t bury yourself in the chorus - get out front and sing a solo and that is what I have done in “Executive Courage - Sometimes You Have to Walk Point.” There is much to disagree with in that book, especially if you tweak the variables in your mind, it can change the assertions in my text.
