Boldness, Adaptability, Creativity, and Risk Taking...
In his fine book, "Duty", Robert Gates wrote that, "In war, boldness, adaptability, creativity, sometimes ignoring the rules, risk taking, and ruthlessness are essential for success." I suggest that those very qualities can also be essential in the turnaround of failing companies.
