The Leader's Job

There is much wisdom in Lee Cockerell's book entitled "Creating Magic" that explains the extraordinary success of Disney Land/World. 

I appreciate the following quote that explains why leading is not for everyone.  "A leader's job is to do what has to be done, when it has to be done, in the way it has to be done, whether you like it or not, and whether they like it or not."
