Walking Point - a further explanation

There exists another explanation of “walking point’ in business, government, education, athletics, the military and more.   “Walking Point implies an aggressive, decisive, courageous, and accountable leader who faces problems head on, makes critical decisions,  and accepts responsibility for the outcomes.  Walking point requires one who trusts his/her instincts and possesses the propensity to will and outcome through words and actions.  Often he/she has a poorly developed sense of fear and risk and an insatiable intention to be the best leader and/or lead the best organization of its kind.”
