I have never had a bad day that began on my knees in prayer. Of course, i do not always pray on my knees in the morn. That tends to happen when I have to pray for someone whom I have great concern for or when there is a significant challenge ahead, and my head is full of doubt.

Mostly my morning devotions are worship, praise, and thanks for the many blessings that had come my way. I never forget when I contemplate Him, the He is both the “cause” and “effect” of everything good that happens in my life, and I am undeserving of any of it.
