Leaders are Readers

Without a hunger for knowledge, wisdom, and new ideas, leaders may be chasing their tails, forever dogged by complacency and fear of change.  Leaders have to stay ahead of the led.  The only way to do that is through the medium of knowledge and/or books.  My library may be a thousand deep, and all I know from it is that I am over-educated and under-learned.
