Generalists vs Specialists

Generalists, leading at the highest levels and possessing broad interests and experience are more apt to take risks, try new ideas, and break the china by doing the unthinkable when an organization is on a downward glide slope than specialists.

My thinking in this regard was recently reinforced in reading David Epstein’s best seller titled, “Range.”
