Extreme Leaders

Extreme leaders are those with little patience for indecision, are tormented by those content with stasis, and are at their best in crisis. Extreme leaders, for the most part, do not relish the spotlight unlike politicians, entertainers, and nominal leaders, but get their highs from leading and influencing others forward and up.
