Executive Courage - you have it or you don't
I have been much too busy (and too cheap) to effectively market “Executive Courage - Sometimes You Have to Walk Point”. Even though I generally know my audience, I am sometimes surprised at some whom I thought would vehemently disagree with many of my assertions actually sent me generous comments. I do not mince words; in fact I am probably too direct. I like a quote from Robert Lutz, former President of Chrysler Motors and author of “Icons and Idiots” where he wrote, “no where in the book do I call a spade a shovel.”
Likewise, the strategies in “Executive Courage…” are not sugar-coated; they are direct and will not sit well with some. Nonetheless, my readers will grow as leaders, advance in self-awareness, and think twice before they accept or continue in a position for which they are a poor fit.
