Do Not Suffer Disloyalty or Dishonesty

I discussed these pathogens in both books. To summarize, when someone in your company/business is disloyal or gossips behind your back, try not to let it pull you down - keep your head up and by all means do not seek revenge. Simply dismiss them from your life.

Probably my most frequent mistake in 50 years of leading, is not heeding my own counsel in a timely manner.
