Caring Leaders ( additional thoughts)

I know I had a previous post with the same title, but I had another thought. “When you care enough about your people (employees, players, soldiers, sailors, airmen, and Marines), you won’t have to tell them. They will know it by how well you train them, care for their families, compensate them, and demand nothing but their best.”
