A teacher and a coach

In my own eyes, I am still a teacher and a coach. My greatest satisfaction has always been to see my organization/team become the very best while the individuals perform at full-stretch, growing morally and in workplace competence. However, admittedly I can be so didactic and directive even at home that my Mary declines my altruistic motives and describes them as Nazi-like. How do you figure?
