A Hunger for Knowledge

Without a hunger for knowledge and new ideas, we are chasing our tails forever dogged by complacency and the fear of change. Leaders have to stay ahead of the led, and the only way to do so is through the medium of books, professional journals, and other literature. My library is hundreds deep, and all I have learned from it is that I am “over-educated” and" “under-learned.”
