Wisdom added

Sometimes I sit down to write a blog post or simply thoughts to my journal, and I don't have a creative bone in my body.  Today is one of those days, so I will share some wisdom from others whose prose can be so powerful that I am embarrassed to put any of my own thoughts on paper or on line.  For example:

"Talent is God-given, Be humble.  Fame is man-given.  Be grateful.  Conceit is self-given.  Be careful."  Coach John Wooden

"Live so as not to be ashamed of yesterday."  Coach Ray Bussard

"When the sentence for a crime is not quickly carried out, the hearts of the people are filled with schemes to do wrong."  Ecclesiastees (King Solomon) 8:11

"The heart of the wise inclines to the right, but the heart of the fool to the left."  Ecclesiastees 10-:2

"A good man obtains favor from the Lord, but the Lord condemns the crafty man (Politicians?)"  Proverbs (King Solomon) 12:2
