Gossips, foot-draggers, stasis lovers, naysayers and those who undermine the forward-moving leader suck the energy out of an organization and out of its leader. These are people I refer to as “pathogens” in Executive Courage - Sometimes You Have to Walk Point, and they must be removed from the organization.
