The Solitude of the Leader
Notwithstanding the chaos of our work and the affect it can have on the family, leaders must carve out some time for solitude, prayer, and Bible study. It is the only way to stay in touch with the Almighty, discover his divine wisdom, and feel the presence of the Holy Spirit. He sends messages via the Holy Spirit, sometimes post solitude, but when the message comes and the light comes on, I am struck by the power and reality of his solution(s).
