'It's Not Right"
In his great book, “Thoughts of a Philosophical Fighter Pilot,” James Stockdale defines heroes as those who, regardless of education or station in life, stand up, act, and/or speak out when they determine it’s not right that there is justice for some and not for others, politicians are self-serving and without virtue, when millions of babies are legally killed before they have a chance to experience the fruits of life; and millions of Americans vote for politicians who stand for and vote for same.
Where are the it’s not right voices in America today? Where is the public virtue that we were once proud of? Why are duplicitous, hypocritical politicians not called out?
Where are the voices of those so-called citizens that proclaim, ‘I have political opinions, but they are private”? These are the voices that lack the courage to take a public position. These are the citizens that have turned their backs of their duty as a citizens of a free Republic. These are clones of the German public in the late 1930s.
