Drive forward and don't look back

Sometimes we get in a rut fretting about our past, the present, and/or the future.  Occasionally, I would counsel my cadets “not to concern themselves with the past, what ifs, maybes, and/or fears - start where you are as soon as possible, drive forward, and don’t look back.”

I like Harvard professor, Rosabeth Moss Kanter’s quote, “Doing nothing is the invisible mistake.”
