Do not suffer those who resist and encumber change for the sake of the status quo, personal comfort, or the lack of professional courage. Rather, choose to discriminate against those who are bound by the ways of the past particularly if their reasoning relates to resistance to extra work. Conformity is the antithesis to organizational growth and success.
