Thoughts on Success

- It is easy to become addicted to success since it is the gateway to acclaim and affirmation. But there is price to pay for acclaim and affirmation and most aren't willing to pay that price. Many would like to be able to play the guitar like the late Jimmy Hendrix or sing like Allison Krause, but most would not, because they have no concept of the commitment to practice, rehearsals, peaks and valleys, and disappointments that are preludes to such success.
